  We received windows with the ends of screws sticking out in the middle of the double panes. Plygem tries to claim that this is industry standard. I have never seen another window like this!! It looks unfinished at best and cheap and disgusting. We have tried to get them to fix them and they refuse. I am going to go to the news media to expose them.
