    Been coming here since they opened. Recently bought a portable vaporizer from them. Battery button and charge port came loose within days of purchasing and only using a couple of times. Told me there's nothing they can do. Why not just buy online at this point. I tried giving them money for their customer service but when they sell broken products and don't do anything to help alleviate the problem they lose a lifetime customer.
