  Tracking showed the freight arrived at their location. Per the store I bought the item from, Estes was supposed to call to set up a delivery time. Never received a call so I left multiple messages with no call backs. Finally well over a week of my freight sitting at the location, I called company that I purchased the item from and they called Estes. Received and automated message the next day saying that delivery time would be on a Saturday afternoon. I waited at home all day and no one ever showed up. The seller said that he's had problems with this location before. The previous time he called to check on a delivery the Estes staff person laughed at him on the phone. Estes obviously doesn't care about their residential customers since this isn't an isolated incident.
