  Zero stars. (The review shows one star because I couldn't post without at least a one star rating) I do not recommend this business. They did not order the cover components when they said they would. The estimator, Matt, says a lot, but the owner, Antonio, doesn't care. If your dumb enough to do business with these people, get EVERYTHING in writing. Do NOT believe Matt, get every detail in writing. When they finally started the work, these idiots brought the wrong size panels, then claimed the wrong order was sent. This was a lie as they later said they had to order the panels. They can't read a tape measure, and don't care about the customer. We had to wait another week or two for the correct panels.
  
  The installation crew left for hours at a time, used the pool without invite or permission, and took twice as long to install the cover as it should have. They couldn't even use a tape measure as the distance between the support beams is different for each one! The distances should have all been the same, but incompetence and a total lack of pride in their work won out. When this was brought to the attention of the owner Antonio, he didn't care. Absolutely no concern for the customer. They'll give you what they want, when they want, and how they want. You, the customer, just pay. Oh, and they DO NOT accept credit cards! What business, selling thousands of dollars of product, does not accept credit cards? Worse yet, but in keeping with their attitude of "who cares," they don't disclose to you they don't accept credit cards! They want their money, and expect you to pay a 3-4 thousand bill in cash or check. Shouldn't a business at least tell you they don't accept credit cards?
  
  Do not use this company unless you want delays, lack of basic workmanship competence, no respect for your property, and undisclosed surprises. Go somewhere else.
