  I used to looooove Wave. As an IT professional, I was impressed by their service. I recently upgraded to 1gb and my latency was terrible. The local franchise is extremely helpful, but the issue resides with their Network Operations side (again, I am an Enterprise level IT professional who used to work on government networks, I know what I am talking about). Their tech support basically told me, sorry we can only guarantee speed, not latency....wow, just wow. I will be canceling my service as soon as AT&T can put in my new service.
