  This is definitely not the party spot! This is definitely not mr. Clean's guest house! Not quite 100% a roach motel, unless you talkin about the employees!!! What a waste of good architecture! The layout is great, perfect size, great views and location. So for the financially challenged, make sure you got yourself a weapon, make sure you got yourself some bleach, and make sure you keep the lights on 24/7!!! Oh and try not to say nothing down if you want to keep it! Cuz as soon as you leave the top off of something it's getting invaded by some pretty sneaky roaches!
